2007  Weser-Ems Filly by Highlife's Bodyguard out of Lissa Bint Krush

Laurel is a beautiful black filly blessed with wonderful traits from both her sire and dam.  Her sire, Bodyguard, is a talented Black Boy son with correct and compact conformation, three good gaits and an extravagant jumping style. Her dam, Lissa Bint Krush, is a CMK and Davenport bred Arabian that offers the best of the original Bedouin horses.  Her movement is superior to many warmbloods with beautiful freedom in the shoulder, good power from behind an a wonderful, fluid rhythm.

Laurel was extremely successful at her 2007 foal inspections earning a premium award as well as rave reviews from the judges.  She was noted to be a "gorgeous foal" and her head was described as perfect.  Her very beautiful neck, good type and movement were also noted by the judges. Laurel also proved to be a crowd favorite!

Laurel should mature around 14.1hh and has wonderful dressage movement.  She is also exquisitely beautiful with horse like proportions, elegant refinement and a beautiful face.

Bodyguard is a lovely, imported Weser-Ems stallion that has talent for dressage and hunters. "Bobby" is a direct son of the famous GRP Black Boy out of a Viktoria's Chirac dam. These excellent bloodlines have proved successful in his prepotency and success as a sire.

Dam: Lissa Bint Krush

"Lady" is a CMK/Davenport bred Arabian mare that has beautiful dressage type movement and is MMB approved Weser-Ems.  Both of Lady's Weser-Ems foals have been awarded premium status.  Before being used in GRP breeding, Lady had several lovely purebred Arabian foals.
